  • Training Weekends:

    Jan – 16th & 30th

    Feb – 13th & 27th

    Mar – 13th & 27th

    April – 10th & 24th

    May – 8th & 15th

    Anticipated times:

    Fridays 6-9pm, Saturdays 12-7pm, Sundays 1-5pm

    *Dates/times subject to change. Note that these are full weekends, i.e. “Jan 16th” means “weekends of January 16th” and so on.

    A $750 deposit is due upon sign up to lock in your spot.

    • You’re coming in with an open mind and heart!

    • Curiosity to deepen your knowledge of yoga practice and culture.

    • A desire to teach yoga after this training is not necessary; however, you will be expected to competently teach an hour class before its completion.

  • Dr. Alyssia Pond

    Physical Therapist, 500HR Yoga Teacher

    Alyssia is a Doctor of Physical Therapy since 2016 and certified yoga teacher since 2020. She has lectured on topics such as Anatomy at several YTTs and Kinesiology at Drexel University. She works independently with clients in her private practice, teaches weekly classes, and hosts monthly workshops. Alyssia is passionate about blending her knowledge of movement sciences into her teachings to ensure safe and accessible practices for all. A former dancer turned yogi, she leans into the intuitive wisdoms of the body, and finds purpose in teaching others the tools for self healing.

  • Daniel Cordua

    RYT 500HR, LMT, Relationship & Empowerment Coach

    Daniel is a senior yoga teacher, teacher of yoga teachers, relationship coach + empowerment coach, yoga wisdom teacher, men’s group facilitator, and individual & couples therapist. He is the owner of Empowered Connection Coaching, co-owner of the Ayurvedic herbal remedy line Bhava Wellness, and co-founder of the late Palo Santo Yoga + Wellness in South Philadelphia.  His purpose is to help individuals, couples, and groups connect deeper to themselves, to each other, and to something greater.  He has a passion for bringing heart, humor, mantra, inspiring ancient wisdom and empowering personal growth into his student’s lives in fun, deep, dynamic, and meaningful ways.

  • Justin Reilley

    Owner of Yoga Rebellion, 200HR Yoga Teacher

    Justin has been teaching in the South Jersey/Philadelphia area since 2011 and has traveled all over the US to teach workshops. He is the Owner of Yoga Rebellion in South Jersey since 2015 as well as a Legacy Ambassador for Lululemon. He is also a father of twins; Nate and Jules, lover of his dogs Max and Coco, a BJJ Purple Belt. Justin has a unique teaching style that empowers his students with the practical philosophy of yoga and threads it to make sense through the movements in class.
