We offer one work exchange rate, covering 50% of the tuition.
A $750 deposit is due upon sign up to lock in your spot. Final payments due August 31, 2026.

Dr. Alyssia Pond
Physical Therapist, 500HR Yoga Teacher
Alyssia is a Doctor of Physical Therapy since 2016 and certified yoga teacher since 2020. She has lectured on topics such as Anatomy at several YTTs and Kinesiology at Drexel University. She works independently with clients in her private practice, teaches weekly classes, and hosts monthly workshops. Alyssia is passionate about blending her knowledge of movement sciences into her teachings to ensure safe and accessible practices for all. A former dancer turned yogi, she leans into the intuitive wisdoms of the body, and finds purpose in teaching others the tools for self healing.

Daniel Cordua
500HR yoga teacher, Individual + Couples Therapist, Coach, Massage Therapist
Daniel is a senior yoga teacher, teacher of yoga teachers, relationship coach + empowerment coach, yoga wisdom teacher, men’s group facilitator, and individual & couples therapist. He is the owner of Empowered Connection Therapy + Coaching, co-owner of the Ayurvedic herbal remedy line Bhava Wellness, and co-founder of the late Palo Santo Yoga + Wellness in South Philadelphia. His purpose is to help individuals, couples, and groups connect deeper to themselves, to each other, and to something greater. He has a passion for bringing heart, humor, mantra, inspiring ancient wisdom and empowering personal growth into his student’s lives in fun, deep, dynamic, and meaningful ways.

Alli Cavanagh
Owner of In Flow, 200HR Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Master
Alli is a classically trained Pilates instructor, 200HR Yoga Teacher, meditation guide and Reiki Master. She opened In Flow in 2024 with the purpose of connecting teachers and seekers in an aligned space. She is also a retreat leader with a passion for teaching in the space between knowledgable cueing and the subtle energetics. Off the mat, she's an avid reader, yogi, rock climber, traveler, and amateur painter.
Course Contents
Our Yoga Alliance Registered 200 Hour Teacher Training serves as an inspiring, comprehensive journey into deepening your yoga practice, learning the art and science of yoga teaching, personal growth, and community. You will learn: teaching techniques, applied anatomy, the depths of yoga philosophy, mantra and meditation, ayurveda, pranayama and energetics, along with the business and ethics of yoga to provide you with the tools to become a skillful yoga teacher. We will also have some amazing guest lecturers - to be announced! Whether or not you want to ultimately teach, this training will deepen your personal practice and your connection to both yourself and others through the mirror of yoga within conscious, supportive community.
