Nestled among olive and almond groves just minutes from the baroque beauty of Noto, our 2027 Sicilian retreat home is a lovingly restored 1800s Masseria where old-world charm meets effortless luxury.


Practice in a sunlit barn studio and outdoor shala overlooking the orange garden, cool off in the freshwater infinity pool, and wander the groves by foot or bike as the Sicilian sun sets around you.

A short drive brings you to the wild beaches of Vendicari Nature Reserve—golden sand, turquoise water, and complete exhale. With 15 unique bedrooms, space for 25 guests, massage rooms, patios, and a sunset terrace, this is a week designed for restoration, connection, and that slow, golden Italian magic. Meet Your Retreat Leaders

  • After popping up for two years with classes and workshops in Philadelphia, leading retreats, and building a holistic community, Alli opened Phildaelphia's first wellness incubator, In Flow Studio, in June 2024. The studio offers daily classes, as well as dynamic workshops for students to explore. 

    She is trained in the classical Joseph Pilates method, Alli’s approach to Pilates is where the Classical exercises and mindfulness converge — a mind, body, soul experience that creates alignment and challenges your boundaries. She is also a 200hr RYT, meditation guide, and Reiki Master. Off the mat, Alli is an avid reader, yogi, traveler, and amateur painter.

  • Kyra Marie is a yoga and meditation teacher, as well as a tarot reader! Her movement and meditation classes are a place for you to fully express yourself. You'll often hear her say "you're the CEO of your mat!" She truly means it...encouraging you to move at your own pace and make your own rules. Off the mat, Kyra is an avid Kindle reader and is Bravo TV obsessed! Get ready to dance along to her invigorating Vinyasa playlists.
