Next September, join us for 6 nights and 5 soul-nourishing days at Kea Retreat, a boutique sanctuary tucked away on the remote Greek island of Kea. Nestled in a protected bay between mountain and sea, Kea Retreat offers the perfect escape to slow down, reconnect, and move with intention. Each day begins with a meditation and mindful movement practice, followed by freshly prepared, farm-to-table Mediterranean meals enjoyed under olive trees or with a sea breeze.

  • Located steps from a secluded bay, Thálassa is one of our two beach side suites where the gentle sound of waves is always at your doorstep. It allows for easy access to the main center (pool, bar, restaurant, lounge, yoga shala). Like all the other rooms, it too has a private terrace, however this one is a few feet from the shore.

  • $3,550/pp, Double Occupancy

Thálassa

  • Located only a few meters from a secluded bay, Thymari is near our flourishing vegetable garden. It allows for easy access to the main center (pool, bar, restaurant, lounge, yoga shala), while still providing guests a quiet corner to comfortably disconnect in their own large private terrace.

  • $3,400/pp, Double Occupancy

Thymari

  • Located on the hillside overlooking the bay, Amygdalo is near our olive grove and vineyard and is a beautiful 5-min nature walk from the beach and pool. It's slight remoteness from the main center allows for the perfect balance between the serenity and celebration. Best place to enjoy an early morning coffee on your private balcony as the sunrises upon the bay.

Amygdalo

  • Located only a few meters from a secluded bay, Syko is near our flourishing vegetable garden. It allows for easy access to the main center (pool, bar, restaurant, lounge, yoga shala), while still providing guests 2 quiet corners to comfortably disconnect in their own 2 private terraces.

  • This is our only double room option, including 1 queen and 1 double bed – allowing for up to 3 people to stay there at a time.

Your Hosts

  • After popping up for two years with classes and workshops in Philadelphia, leading retreats, and building a holistic community, Alli opened Phildaelphia's first wellness incubator, In Flow Studio, in June 2024. The studio offers daily classes, as well as dynamic workshops for students to explore. 

    She is trained in the classical Joseph Pilates method, Alli’s approach to Pilates is where the Classical exercises and mindfulness converge — a mind, body, soul experience that creates alignment and challenges your boundaries. She is also a 200hr RYT, meditation guide, and Reiki Master. Off the mat, Alli is an avid reader, yogi, traveler, and amateur painter.

  • As a yoga teacher and somatic guide, Elise’s classes balance the physical work with a spiritual experience and empower you to expand your yoga practice beyond the mat. You can expect an intelligently sequenced athletic flow, moments for expansive free movement, a highly curated playlist, and a message that speaks to your soul. “Come as you are and witness yourself expand” — she creates a safe space to close your eyes and FEEL the rhythm of the body, mind, and spirit connecting. 

    Elise completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with The Well Studio in Philadelphia and her somatic practitioner training with The Core Rising. In June 2026, Elise is heading to Thailand to train with Jonah Kest for her 300 hour yoga + breathwork certification to become a 500 hour RYT.
