• Alex Mello, Meditation + Yoga

    In Alex's classes, she offers dharma based mindfulness teachings to help her students manage stress, anxiety, negative self talk, grief and even the intricacies of more positive emotions such as joy and love. She believes wholeheartedly that it is possible to liberate oneself from old patterns that no longer serve them and that the entire process can be done in lovingkindness.

    Here to guide you in meeting your mental, physical, and spiritual desires, expect a transformative journey with evolving playlists of her fav tunes. She is also a meditation guide and Reiki Master. Off the mat, she’s an avid traveler, yoga student, amateur painter, and reader.

  • Alyssia Pond, Yoga

    Alyssia is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and 500-hr certified yoga teacher. Her classes are informative and intuitive, with opportunities for free-flow and self-exploration. She enjoys teaching restorative and accessible offerings, and offers private Alignment and Rehab sessions at the studio! Off the mat you’ll find her outside, dancing to music, or snuggling with her cat.

  • Bailey Benoot, Yoga + Mat Pilates

    Bailey is a yoga, Pilates, and dance instructor originally from Detroit, Michigan. She utilizes her training in different modalities to lead a functional, alignment-based flow.  With a warm energy, great music, she creates an open space for folks to explore their movement journey. Off the mat, she loves knitting, sewing, running, and all things group fitness! 

  • Diane Wilde, Yoga + Thai Massage

    Trained in Kripalu yoga with a focus on breath, movement, and meditation, Diane guides her students through transformative practices that nurture both body and mind. Beyond the mat, Diane loves to run, climb, and immerse herself in the joyful chaos of raising four kids and a puppy. She also shares Reiki and Thai massage at the studio.

  • Elise Felker, Yoga and Somatics

    Elise is a yoga teacher and somatic guide known for soulful flows, free movement, and playlists that move you. She's 200hr certified through The Well Studio, trained in somatics, and currently completing her 300hr in Thailand with Jonah Kest. Expect connection, empowerment, and dancing!

    Yoga teacher and trauma therapist, Grace infuses her practice with spiritual intention, guiding you into a flow state to explore your body, mind, and soul with curiosity. Off the mat, she loves hiking, camping, and immersing herself in nature.

  • Jason & Pete, Kundalini, Vinyasa, + Breathwork

    The Ignite Sadhana duo joins us separately and together at the studio! Join them 1st and 3rd Fridays for a creative and free flowing yoga and breathwork class. They’ll also be here to guide us monthly in a Wim Hof Method fundamentals workshop.

    In Hannah’s class, you will feel muscles your brain has not spoken to in a long time. You'll feel open and stretched in your hips, pelvis, and spine...all while listening to my her curated, themed playlists! Outside of Pilates, Hannah loves to cook meals at home, take walks around the city with her dog, and read her TBR shelf.

    A believer of “you’re stronger than you think you are,” Katie’s classes will motivate you to push yourself a little harder, while also offering modifications throughout. She’s your biggest support in and out of the studio. Outside of the studio, you can find Katie enjoying the outdoors, either hiking, running, biking, or just sitting in the park with a book in hand

    Transitioning from ballet, Kayla discovered a passion for Pilates, appreciating its power to challenge and transform the body and mind. Kayla combines rigorous discipline with a love for pushing clients to their full potential, offering a unique blend of strength, flexibility, and endurance that inspires and motivates.

  • Kiki Schiller, Mat Pilates

    Kiki’s approach is based in the classical format with barre, yoga, and calisthenics. Aside from a 15+ career in competitive sports , she is a certified swim coach, is obtaining her IBLCE (lactation support, post-natal doula support). Off the mat, Kiki enjoys weekly beach trips with her son and friends, woodworking, cooking at home, DIY projects, hiking, camping, and surfing!

  • Kylee Hickmott, Yin Yoga

    Kylee is a 500hr+ certified yoga teacher, integrative somatic parts work coach, ceremonialist, and creative consultant devoted to living an artful life in all its texture, tenderness, and truth. Off the mat, Kylee designs storied spaces and brand identities, shoots film, travels off-the-beaten-path, cooks barefoot, and laughs often.

    High vibe messages, thoughtful tunes, and soulful flows created with every body in mind. Liz is an artist at heart. Off the mat, she enjoys painting, weaving, taking photos, and writing essays about life. Her simple pleasures are iced lattes, a good lofi playlist, and a cute outfit!

    Maggie discovered Pilates after years of contact sports and fell in love with the ability to heal through movement. She completed her 450 hour comprehensive certification through Drexel Pilates and teaches a classical flow using props to help find playfulness and deeper connection. Outside the studio, Maggie's a full-time product manager and mom to her son, Leon.

    Molly specializes in mantra and breath-work practices. Her practice blends movement, mantra, and meditation for a holistic approach to healing all levels of Self. Her mission is to empower individuals to reclaim their wholeness. Join her on your mat and experience the powerful shifts this practice has to offer.

  • Nicole Schiff, Yoga

    Nicole completed 200 hour yoga teacher training at Three Queens Yoga and is passionate about creating space for all humans to feel connected to their physical body and breath. She loves to integate props into her classes and Is excited to creatively offer ways to use them!

    FULL Aries and a Jersey girl born and raised! Join Paige to connect breath and movement through soft EDM vibrations, sprinkling in heat to invigorate your body. Off the mat, you can catch her soaking up summer sun on the beach, reading Court of Throne and Roses with a glass of rosé in hand.
